Empowered Hearts Counseling was established in 2021 and has subsequently provided evidence based mental health services to over 300 individuals.

Our clinicians are trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and have been utilizing this technique since 2022 to assist clients in healing and alleviating symptoms caused by traumas and negative perceptions.

We are an Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed practice and our providers have completed several trainings on this modality. Through this approach we facilitate a process in which clients deepen their understanding of their own internal system, strengthen their relationship with their authentic self, and release emotional burdens.

At the beginning of 2021, Adriane transitioned to private practice where she has found tremendous joy and fulfillment in her clinical work with young adult and adult clients. Through the use of humor, understanding, and compassion, Adriane works to create a safe and supportive environment where her clients can feel fully safe and comfortable to express and confront their identified areas of discontentment and suffering, and process and heal their most challenging experiences. She believes that meeting individuals where they are and building relationships are fundamental to the therapeutic process. Through collaboration and drawing on individual strengths, Adriane guides and empowers her clients to increase self-awareness, understand and transform thoughts and behaviors that are no longer of service, and process and heal traumas.
